Please use message box if you have questions before sending in the electronic new client form. 99.9% of the time I will be able to accommodate your pet care needs! The electronic new client form is unavoidable, you MUST fill it out to become a client of Purrs and Playin' Paws Pet Care, LLC. I do not conduct new client phone calls. My phone number and need to call me is reserved for established clients. The fastest I can turn around a request is 48 hours, Meet and Greets must be scheduled at least 1 day before your trip but I highly encourage at least 2 days ahead of time.

Meet and Greets are scheduled NO EARLIER than 6 weeks ahead of departure date. Meet and Greets are also required when a new pet joins the family.  All policies must be followed, if I come to a meet and greet and discover there is a direct conflict with a policy - service will not be offered.

Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day weekend vacations are taken annually by the owner. This is due to the large majority of my midday clients being federal employees or teachers, meaning thy also will not need care on the holiday Monday.  I also have added a short  winter close down time , as I historically get ill from the cold around that time.
